We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Inside Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing sales team in Orlando. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a passion for both sales and marketing, strong communication skills, and a desire to build a career in the real estate finance and private lending industry. The ideal candidate will assist with lead management, CRM administration, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day sales support activities while helping drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the sales team with lead generation, prospect follow-up, and pipeline management activities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer and prospect information within the CRM system.
  • Assist with lead qualification and routing to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Coordinate outreach campaigns through email, phone, and marketing channels.
  • Track and report on lead activity, campaign results, and sales performance metrics.
  • Assist with event coordination, client communications, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Orlando sales team.


Qualifications


  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, business development, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience using CRM platforms is required.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Portuguese (required) with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • HubSpot experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in real estate, mortgage, private lending, or financial services is a plus.
