Our Opportunity

Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Sr. Manager to drive franchise profitability, strategic growth, and development execution across Latin America & the Caribbean. This role combines financial analytics, franchise performance management, and LAC development deal execution, supporting all four RBI brands.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week in our Miami, FL office.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & Franchise Performance Management
  • Collect, validate, and analyze franchisee and Joint Venture financial data
  • Evaluate profitability and identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead reporting cycles and performance dashboards
  • Present insights to senior leadership
Forecasting, Planning & Strategic Insights
  • Build financial models to forecast key profitability drivers
  • Provide data-driven insights for planning and growth
  • Analyze macroeconomic variables (inflation, FX, labor, capex)
  • Align forecasts with expansion strategies
Franchise Development & Deal Execution
  • Estimate franchisees valuation, leverage projections and cash flow needs
  • Support sourcing and evaluation of new franchise partners
  • Develop investment cases (IRR, NPV)
  • Prepare pitch decks and diligence materials
  • Participate in investor discussions and contract negotiations
  • Track development commitments vs performance
Standardization & Best Practices
  • Implement standardized analytics frameworks
  • Establish best practices across markets
  • Improve tools and dashboards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with multiple departments
  • Lead business reviews and reporting
  • Build relationships with franchisees and partners

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience (QSR and/or Consulting)
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Spanish required and Portuguese is a plus
