Job Responsibilities :
The Product Evangelist I is responsible for global product marketing and management of Razer's console audio product lines which encompass console headsets and accessories and wearable accessories, with a focus on developing and executing marketing plans and business initiatives to achieve annual KPIs and fiscal targets. Lead core product marketing functions across positioning, pricing, lifecycle management, and global launches to deliver competitive, market-relevant products and sustained business performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and performance of the console audio portfolio, supporting revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Develop and drive global marketing plans and comprehensive product launch plans for assigned product lines; present to internal stakeholders and drive execution at a detailed level.
  • Support product marketing and management functions across positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management for assigned product lines.
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution, ensuring timely and impactful launches across regions in close partnership with regional cross-functional teams.
  • Support First Party Licensing initiatives and drive partner co-marketing plans to expand product reach and brand visibility.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and product comparisons to inform strategy and positioning, and stay current on market and competitive offerings.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure competitiveness and market relevance.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Channel Marketing to support sell-in, sell-through, and channel activations.
  • Execute campaigns, promotions, and launches aligned with brand and business objectives, and deliver on-time marketing assets across sales and communications channels.
  • Work with creative, digital, social, esports and influencers teams to deliver engaging content and campaigns, and drive creative strategies including packaging, advertising, web content, merchandising, and promotions.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Support PR teams, communicate with outside press, and represent the product and company at public-facing events, customer and partner meetings, and trade shows including booth duty.
  • Attend and potentially drive daily/weekly calls with global stakeholders to align product updates and marketing execution that drive growth.
  • Work with outside vendors and strategic partners to drive initiatives that support overall product and business objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Minimum of 3 years of product management and marketing experience in consumer electronics industry; streaming product line marketing experience highly preferred with experience in gaming a big plus.
  • Experience developing and overseeing the execution of marketing plans.
  • Experience with console consumer electronics sales channels: retail, direct, online and distribution.
  • Able to write marketing copy and provide design direction on creative, including digital marketing, web merchandising, print ads, video, graphics, etc.
  • Has previously developed detailed marketing plans and was involved in articulating the strategy and requirements for success.
  • Work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills include the ability to successfully interact with executive management.
  • Preferred experience in working in a Global company with multiple stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
  • Must have Microsoft Office Experience: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Education & Experience
College degree in marketing or other related discipline or equivalent experience.
Travel Requirements
Travel required up to 15%.
