Senior Support Analyst (Rational Product Suite)
  • Contract

Atria Group LLC

  • This position is responsible for supporting the Rational Tools (RRC, RTC, RAM), including:
    • Providing level 2/3 user support
    • Customizing Rational Team Concert (RTC) workflows
    • Customizing Rational Requirements Composer workflows
    • Providing input on implementing best practices
    • Providing end-user training
    • Completing generic user requests (creating projects, modifying privileges, etc.)
  • Experience with HP Testing Tools preferred. Experience with Serena / Nolio deployment tools preferred. Comfortable in Linux/Unix environments.
