Since 1994, Rasa Floors has been a national leader in the multifamily flooring industry, known for speed, reliability, and service execution. Our ability to deliver same-day and next-day installations depends on strong operational coordination, disciplined processes, and team accountability.
We are growing and hiring an Operations Assistant for our Insert Baltimore Branch-someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of daily execution, and ensures both warehouse and installation operations run efficiently. This role is critical to maintaining service quality and supporting both field and sales teams.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (some Saturdays based on business needs)

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and support daily warehouse and installation operations
  • Travel to job sites as needed to inspect installations and ensure quality standards are met
  • Communicate with flooring technicians, sales representatives, and customers to resolve issues
  • Ensure installations are completed on schedule and aligned with expectations
  • Operate warehouse equipment, pull materials, and assist with loading/unloading
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational readiness
  • Process and prepare orders for subcontractors and internal teams
  • Sell and distribute materials and supplies to subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate inventory tagging and tracking
  • Inspect vehicles, equipment, and tools to ensure safety and operational performance

Qualifications
  • 3-6 months of related experience
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and operational instructions
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
  • Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, and calculations)
  • Basic computer skills (Word; beginner to intermediate Excel)
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
