Our ability to deliver same-day and next-day installations at scale depends on strong operational leadership, disciplined processes, and accountability across teams.
We are hiring an Operations Manager in our Corpus Christi, TX Branch - to lead warehouse and installation operations for our Corpus Christi branch. This role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a team that delivers consistent, high-quality results for our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to drive performance and accountability
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including material handling, load-outs, and order fulfillment
  • Ensure all installations are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and monthly audits to maintain accuracy and availability
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure scheduling, execution, and service expectations are met
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, including delays, damages, or service concerns
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance across warehouse and operational activities
  • Inspect warehouse layout, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational readiness
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to drive operational results

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field or 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, warehouse, or related field
  • Proven experience managing teams and driving operational performance
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid driver's license required
