Warehouse Representative

We are growing and hiring a Warehouse Representative for our Phoenix Branch—someone who takes pride in accuracy, works with urgency, and delivers consistent results. This role plays a direct part in ensuring our customers receive the quality and speed we promise.

Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (some Saturdays based on business needs)
What You'll Do
  • Receive, organize, and maintain flooring materials within the warehouse
  • Load and unload materials accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and stage orders for installation crews and deliveries
  • Maintain inventory organization and assist with cycle counts
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently
  • Support team members to meet daily deadlines and service commitments

Qualifications
  • 3–6 months of related experience
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
  • Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, and calculations)
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
