Job description

Harness is the AI Software Delivery Platform company, led by technologist and entrepreneur Jyoti Bansal (founder of AppDynamics, acquired by Cisco for $3.7B). Harness has raised approximately $570M in funding and is valued at $5.5B, backed by leading investors including Goldman Sachs, Menlo Ventures, IVP, Unusual Ventures, Citi Ventures, and more. As AI accelerates code creation, the real bottleneck has shifted to everything after the code - testing, deployments, application security, reliability, compliance, and cost optimization. Harness brings AI and automation to this "outer loop," helping teams ship software faster while maintaining security and governance throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle.
Powered by Harness AI and the Software Delivery Knowledge Graph, the Harness Platform applies deep context and intelligent automation across the software delivery lifecycle with governance and policy-driven controls embedded throughout the platform.
Over the past year, Harness powered over 185M deployments, 82M builds, 18T flag evaluations, 8M security scans, 9.1B optimized tests, 3T protected API calls, and helped manage $2.8B in cloud spend - enabling customers like United Airlines, Morningstar, and Choice Hotels to accelerate releases by up to 75%, reduce cloud costs by up to 60%, and achieve 10x DevOps efficiency.
With a global team across 26 offices and 27 countries, Harness is shaping the future of AI software delivery - and we're looking for exceptional talent to help us move even faster.
POSITION SUMMARY
Harness is seeking a hands-on GTM Systems Manager to help build, optimize, and scale our go-to-market (GTM) systems as we continue our rapid global growth. This role sits within our Revenue Operations & Strategy team, reporting to the Manager of GTM Business Systems. You will be a critical player in the day-to-day administration, support, and improvement of our GTM tech stack, ensuring our systems are a growth accelerator, not a bottleneck.
You will collaborate with GTM leadership across Sales, Partner, SDR, Enablement, and Sales Engineering to translate their needs into technical solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring our systems run smoothly, our data is accurate, and our GTM teams are well-supported to execute effectively and efficiently.
About the Role
Execution & Optimization
  • Actively configure, optimize, and maintain multiple GTM applications (Outreach, Clari, People.ai, Zoominfo, Chorus, AI tooling, etc).
  • Support the design and implementation of system integrations and automated workflows to reduce manual effort and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting reliability.
  • Support system-related projects from requirements gathering to post-launch support on both ad-hoc tasks & long-term projects.
  • Build and implement complex automated workflows.
  • Support the design and maintenance of system integrations between Salesforce and our broader tech stack (Outreach, Clari, People.ai, Impartner, Chorus, enrichment tooling)

Analytics & Insights
  • Develop and deliver actionable reporting and dashboards in Salesforce and other tools to enable informed decision-making.
  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness of GTM tools, providing insights for improvement.
  • Triage and troubleshoot user-reported issues, providing timely support and resolution to the GTM team.

Change Management & Enablement
  • Assist in documenting system processes and changes to support training and enablement efforts.
  • Support cross-functional alignment on system changes, ensuring smooth adoption through clear communication.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices to help maintain a cutting-edge GTM tech stack.

About You
  • 3-6 years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
  • Advanced expertise in the GTM application ecosystem (Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, People.ai, Zoominfo, Partner ecosystem, etc.).
  • Experience with system integrations, data workflows, and APIs.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Technically adept in the application of AI tools to streamline GTM processes and maintain a cutting-edge systems environment.
  • SQL and data analysis experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.

Pay transparency
$145,000-$165,000 USD
