JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Centerstone of Indiana is hiring Clinicians and Licensed Therapists to join our community-based teams across multiple locations. As a leading nonprofit behavioral health provider and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic CCBHC, Centerstone is committed to expanding access to high quality, evidence based mental health care.
Clinicians provide services aligned with best practice guidelines, including evaluation and individual, group, family, and couples' psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Care is delivered through an integrated, trauma informed, and recovery-oriented model alongside interdisciplinary teams.
This role offers the opportunity to build a meaningful career in community mental health with strong clinical support, supervision, ongoing training, and a mission driven culture focused on whole person care and positive outcomes for the communities we serve.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team
  • Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
  • Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
  • Meet billable hour productivity standards.
  • Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
  • Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
  • Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
  • Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.

Master's Level Clinician $60,000 - $70,000
Licensed Therapist $74,000 - $82,000
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Level Clinician position requires; Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
Years of Experience
Three to five years' experience in behavioral health environment is preferred. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
Certification/Licensure
Must have at least an active associate license.
Master's Level Clinician position requires an associate license LSW, T-LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA, LACAC
Licensed Therapist position requires LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC
