Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that all approaches are tailored to the unique situation and requirements of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all professional standards and regulations.
• Participate in virtual consultations and case discussions with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Stay proactive in your professional development by engaging in online training sessions and peer review meetings, optimizing your therapeutic practices.

You will primarily serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health conditions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LMSW license to practice social work in Arizona.
