Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

We have an opening for an Order Management Specialist. The Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing client orders throughout the order-to-invoice lifecycle, including order processing, distributor and vendor coordination, ETA management, issue resolutions, and invoicing readiness. Working closely with Account Executives, distributors, vendors, and internal teams, this role ensures orders are processed accurately, expected delivery dates are maintained, client expectations are proactively managed, and completed orders are submitted for invoicing in a timely manner. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and client service.

Accountability

  • Process and maintain accurate sales orders, purchase orders, and order data
  • Coordinate with vendors, distributors, Account Executives, and internal teams to ensure successful order execution
  • Provide proactive communication on order status, ETAs, delays, and exceptions
  • Create order-related records that support downstream contract administration, renewals, and client asset tracking
  • Ensure orders are invoicing-ready and support revenue timing visibility
  • Resolve order-related issues and drive process improvements
  • Deliver a high level of service to clients, partners, and internal teams

Qualifications:

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in order management, sales operations, sales support, procurement, customer service, or other transaction-based operational roles
  • Experience working within ERP, CRM, or other business systems to manage orders, transactions, and client records
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, staying organized, and paying close attention to details
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with vendors, distributors, and internal teams
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with team priorities and client commitments
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues, adapt to changing priorities, and follow tasks through to completion

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting technology sales, distribution, manufacturing, or other order-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, shipping, and order lifecycle processes
  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Experience with NetSuite, Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Copilot

Compensation Range:

  • Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
