Job description

Position Summary

Binex-TNA is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Specialist to join our TNA Department. Responsible for managing and coordinating freight transportation activities while building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and customers. This role focuses on securing transportation capacity, negotiating competitive rates, ensuring on-time delivery performance, and providing high-level customer service. This position also supports team operations, resolves transportation issues, and contributes to overall business growth and operational efficiency.


Job Description

  • Coordinate overall FTL transportation operations to ensure efficient and on-time service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers, and logistics partners
  • Negotiate freight rates while maximizing profitability and maintaining service quality
  • Monitor shipments and resolve service issues, delays, claims, and operational challenges in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal departments including operations, dispatch, customer service, and accounting to support daily business activities
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned
  • Support administrative tasks and reporting requested by management
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications Required

  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required, as the role involves frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in both the U.S. and Korea
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software


Education & Experience

  • Entry-level candidates and experienced professionals are both welcome to apply
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Experience in freight forwarding, trucking, or logistics industry is a plus (for experienced applicants)
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced logistics environment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in from of the computer for long periods
  • Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing and typing
  • Must be able to lift up to 5 pounds at times


Pay Range : $53,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
