ABOUT THE JOB
The Quality Control Inspector conducts in-process inspection sampling of manufactured parts, incoming inspection on parts and supplies used for the manufacture of products, First Article Inspection, and final product verification.
SHIFT: 1 st shift,Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Occasional overtime as deemed by management and production needs. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect products using scopes, gauges, coordinate measuring machine, scales, micrometers, calipers, and vision prior to shipment.
  • Compile both dimensional and non-dimensional results on worksheets and evaluate them for compliance.
  • Verify final parts and reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments.
  • Interact with source inspectors as needed.
  • Test incoming raw materials.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and additional customer requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with advanced measurement equipment such as CMM.
  • Experience with compliance reporting.

SALARY RANGE: $17.50-$25.00/hour. This is the full salary range for the position. Most new hires can expect to start around $17.50/hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
