Inventory Control Clerk | $19.00 per hour | 7:00a-3:00p, Mon-Fri | Warehouse Environment

Job Description:
The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring materials and products are properly tracked throughout the facility. This role performs cycle counts, investigates inventory discrepancies, updates inventory systems, and works closely with warehouse and operations teams to support efficient inventory management.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Reconcile cycle count results, resolves all DC mismatches and is responsible for research into root causes to prevent future occurrences.
  • Performs all inventory related data file maintenance.
  • Ensure all inventory reports are current and in-balance.
  • Maintains WMS stock locator map.
  • Processes all inventory adjustments other than “on-the-fly” adjustments.
  • Publishes reports and statistics on inventory accuracy performance against standard.
  • The ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
 
Qualifications and Requirements: 
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a friendly, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pre-employment Drug Screen and background check
