responsibilities:

This role supports a critical customer-facing application used by phone bankers for customer and account maintenance. The platform handles approximately 80% of call center volume, making reliability and stability extremely important.


The selected consultant will help:


  • Maintain and enhance existing applications
  • Deliver business-driven initiatives and new functionality
  • Support authentication-related enhancements and requirements
  • Work on initiatives related to account management and customer authentication
  • Current Initiatives
Examples of projects the team is working on include:
  • Authentication enhancements
  • Customer account access and maintenance improvements
  • "Smart Start" initiative involving youth account management and permissions
Team Environment

Team: Customer Information View (CIV)


  • Scrum/Agile environment with regular ceremonies

    • o 4 team members in the U.S.
