Job description

Minimum requirements: Appropriate degree from an accredited school of nursing with at least one year of experience in acute care, home health, nursing facility settings or hospice preferred. Licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens. Must have reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance.
