Job description

Position Title: Sales Account Manager
This role is essential for driving sales within the aviation sector. The Sales Account Manager will engage with clients, manage accounts, and ensure that all sales processes run smoothly. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge about aviation parts and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and be prepared to address international communication challenges. Success in this role will not only contribute to personal growth but also to the company's expansion in a competitive market.
Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Receive training on systems and sales calls during the initial week
  • Maintain and update the client database, ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Generate leads from industry events and conduct some cold outreach
  • Manage smaller sales to develop proficiency in the sales process
  • Understand inventory to prevent overselling
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to fulfill orders and track their status
  • Engage with international clients, addressing their needs effectively

Sales Account Manager Requirements:
  • 1 year of aerospace or aviation sales experience
  • Familiarity with aviation parts and their applications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up diligently
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work with international clients, particularly in Turkey and India
  • Experience with Quantum and ILS systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of the 145 software is preferred
