Job Summary
Summary: Join our team as a Warehouse Laborer! This role is responsible for receiving, picking, pulling, and loading materials in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently & collaboratively while meeting operational deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, move, and load merchandise safely and efficiently.
  • Verify item counts upon receipt and report discrepancies or damaged materials.
  • Weigh and/or count items to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Pick inventory items and place them on pallets or carts for delivery to designated locations.
  • Stock materials on racks, shelves, bins, or in refrigerated areas according to established procedures.
  • Label and date materials in accordance with standard operation procedures.
  • Follow written requisitions (in English) to determine items to be moved, gathered, and distributed.
  • Maintain a strong personal commitment to workplace safety and the safety of others.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience using pallet jacks preferred.
  • Clean driving record preferred.
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently (required to follow requisitions and safety instructions).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently without assistance.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting time expectations.
  • Required to wear slip-resistant shoes and any other necessary personal protective equipment during all shifts.
