Experienced Bartender

Orefield, Pennsylvania | Part-time

About the Job: 
Randall's Restaurant is looking for an experienced fine-dining Bartender/Mixologist to join our high-volume bar. 

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and create exceptional beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve all menu courses.
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
  • Stay guest-focused and nurture an outstanding guest experience.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • Ability and desire to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.

Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have the ability to work well under pressure with servers, bussers, and other staff.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of wine and liquor service, display creativity with cocktails, and enjoy interacting with guests.
  • Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced fine dining environment is required for consideration.
  • The position is part-time nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:
  • Must have fine dining experience, provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the ability to carry heavy trays of food and serve our bar guests in a timely manner.
  • A positive attitude and ability to move quickly under pressure with FOH and BOH staff.
  • Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
  • Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to stand for 5+ hours and lift heavy trays of food.

Work Setting:
  • Open regularly from Tuesday-Saturday (4:00 pm till close).
  • Easy drive from anywhere in the Lehigh Valley
  • Private events may be booked outside our normal business hours.
  • Holiday availability is both expected and essential for consideration.
