Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service, answering questions, offering directions, and ensuring a seamless spa experience.
  • Schedule, modify, and cancel spa, fitness, wellness, salon, and recreational services while connecting guests with the appropriate wellness professionals and resources.
  • Manage guest arrivals by assigning lockers, providing facility information, and assisting with a variety of guest needs throughout their visit.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate appointments while directing guests and colleagues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Process guest charges for services and retail purchases accurately while maintaining detailed records and supporting daily administrative operations.
  • Support spa operations by issuing and tracking recreational equipment, managing lost and found items, completing opening and closing procedures, and utilizing internal systems to communicate guest requests, maintenance needs, and service updates.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Bring 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or specialized training in hospitality, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Be comfortable learning and utilizing new technology, reservation systems, and proprietary software to support daily operations efficiently.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by maintaining attention to detail, following established procedures, adapting to changing priorities, and remaining calm and service-focused throughout the day.
