What is a Ramp Agent Supervisor?

A Ramp Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing ramp agents who handle baggage, cargo, and aircraft servicing on the airport ramp. They ensure that ground operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, coordinating tasks such as loading and unloading luggage, guiding planes into gates, and maintaining equipment.
