Job Description:
Machine operator in the operation of specialized Public Works equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma and three years of experience in public works construction and landscape maintenance activities including the operation of specialized power equipment; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Class D driver's license
Class 2B Massachusetts Hoisting Engineers License
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of equipment operation and preventative maintenance techniques.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and/or written directives.
Ability to handle dangerous equipment with precision and care.
Responsible for observing required safety precaution.
$20.75 hourly, no benefits.
