This position is in Salary Grade CS3, with a minimum salary range of $21.88 to 27.36 per hour. The successful candidate's salary will be calculated based on education and experience within the salary grade range.

General Description
This position manages all donor records and is responsible for the integrity of donor information and gift giving; acknowledges donor gifts and tracks gift pledges under supervision of the Associate Director of Development Services. Prepares gift reports and other fund management reports, conducts prospect research, drafts proposals, and assists with events and development projects as assigned.
This is accomplished by:
  • Manage donor information within Raiser's Edge database and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Create new and update existing records, process charitable gifts and pledges in a timely manner, prepare acknowledgement letters, proposals, and donor information.
  • Generate analytic reports by running queries and lists from Raiser's Edge and assist with preparations for the annual audit.
  • Monitor and assess giving trends and donor information, and analyzes opportunities for growth.

Other duties include:
  • Conduct, analyze and report on prospect research and compile donor profiles and detailed reports on prospective donors.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of meetings and events.
  • Provide additional administrative support and coordination when necessary.

This will be a typical 8-5 job, but a few times a year it may require an additional evening or weekend hours for special events.
Qualifications: Education
Associate's degree in business, finance, accounting, communications or related field is required, or commensurate experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Three years or more experience in a business office or related field
Qualification:Skills
Experience in database administration and/or report writing preferred, with strong analytical skills. Computer skills required, knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; Raiser's Edge or CRM database experience preferred.
