Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Drive business growth by developing and implementing strategic account plans while maintaining strong customer relationships within a defined account base. The responsibilities are as follows:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand sales and deepen customer engagement.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by growing business within assigned accounts.
  • Maintain active customer engagement through daily field visits, conducting product demonstrations, seminars, training sessions, and business reviews.
  • Follow CRM best practices for lead, activity, opportunity, and order management to ensure accurate and up-to-date pipeline data.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships by mastering product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Identify and create cross-selling opportunities to promote comprehensive Mettler Toledo solutions across the value chain.
  • Utilize marketing materials and develop customer-facing content such as PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports, adhering to corporate guidelines.
  • Complete all required reports accurately and on time.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This includes CPT, OPT, F-1, J-1, H-1B, or any other employment-based visa. Relocation assistance is not provided.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in a life sciences discipline
  • 2 or more years of customer-facing experience in the Life Science marketplace a plus
  • Experience identifying new business opportunities and onboarding new customers in the Life Science marketplace
  • Experience with CRMs, Excel, Remote Meeting Tools, Email tools,
