This role provides leadership for employees engaged in rail switching, track maintenance, transloading, equipment operation, and related industrial services while ensuring operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer expectations.This position serves as the primary point of contact for both employees and customers and plays a key role in workforce planning, safety compliance, operational execution, cost management, and employee development.
