Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Railroad RWIC/Flagger to join our team for competitive pay . By directing traffic in railroad work zones, our RWIC/Flagger will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of railroad construction workers and the public. This can be a full-time hourly or part-time hourly position, with potential for overtime.

Various schedules and shifts available. The Flagger will report to the Maintenance of Way Team. Pay Range: $25 - $35 per hour Primary Responsibilities: Arrive prepared and on time, ready to perform assigned duties Setup and remove derails for inaccessible track protection Manage traffic flow using signaling devices such as flags and hand signals Communicate clearly in English with railroad construction crews and transportation crews Ensure the safety of all individuals in the work zone and enforce safety regulations and protocols at all times Work is performed along our railroad in multiple locations in MA including Fall River, New Bedford, Wareham, Rochester, Onset, and Mansfield.
