Job description

This is a second shift opportunity - 2pm-12:30am M-Th

  • Operations of fabrication equipment in work cell
    • Saw, Mill, Baliegh, Winton Bender, and Mid Rail Crusher in manual and automatic
  • Loadย and unloadย rail robot
  • Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base
  • Mandatory overtime when business conditions require it
  • Adherence to the attendance policy
  • All other duties as required
  • Experience: 2+ years of fabrication experience or training is required
  • Blueprint Reading: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using fixtures, jigs, clamps, and quality inspection tools is essential.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (100+ lbs.) and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing.
  • Professionalism: Conduct yourself in a professional, safe, and businesslike manner while maintaining a highly motivated, positive, and collaborative attitude.
  • Reliability: Can make the daily commute to Spring Park, MN and maintain good attendance.ย 
  • Pre-employment Requirements: Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, full panel drug screening, and physical work simulation.
  • Training: Completion of necessary training requirements provided by Safety Rail Co.
