Radix Trading is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage our complex, low-latency network infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will operate with a high degree of independence to ensure the reliability, performance, and optimization of our global network. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in networking within fast-paced trading environments and excels at solving challenging technical problems at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the architecture, design, and strategy for research, enterprise and trading networks.
  • Lead the design and deployment of trading network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and low latency.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to trading activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure network systems meet trading application requirements.
  • Maintain and improve networking standards across the organization, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with remote datacenter teams to troubleshoot complex hardware, cabling, and optics issues
  • Develop scripts and tools for network automation and monitoring
  • Lead initiatives to ensure network scalability and performance in line with business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on networking protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of networking and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Experience with vendor hardware and operating systems, including Arista, Cisco, and Juniper
