South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking a Public Areas Maintenance tech. The ideal candidate will have general custodial experience and great customer service. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Essential duties include:
• Maintains property cleanliness including but not limited to offices, production areas, public areas, and equipment through development and implementation of preventive maintenance program.
• Assists with the installation and modification of buildings equipment systems.
• Inspects buildings, grounds, and equipment of unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and cleanliness.
• Execute routine exterior power washing of sidewalks, entryways, patios, and tasting room exteriors to maintain premium resort aesthetics.
• Manage daily fountain maintenance, including water chemistry testing, debris skimming, filter cleaning, and pump performance checks.
• Perform meticulous venue preparation for weddings, corporate events, and wine tastings by staging layouts and testing event lighting.
• Maintain overall property cleanliness across public spaces, and equipment by executing the established preventive maintenance program.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
