Position Summary
The role of the Room Attendant is to ensure 100% guest satisfaction by providing guests with a clean, a comfortable and safe room. This is an hourly Temp/ On Call position with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour.Creates guest satisfaction and exceeds expectations by providing the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality. Per brand standards, cleans assigned guest rooms or suites which includes making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging room furniture if required, and cleaning bathroomMaintains cleaning protocols Empty all trash containers and replace with fresh linersRestock useable items in guest rooms or suites, i.e., soap, towels, amenities, paper itemsEnsure removal and appropriate disposition of guest room trays, glass and silverwareClean and vacuum exterior entry and hallwaysKeep linen closets and supply areas clean and organized Ensure guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders are attended to promptlyNotifies supervisor promptly of any special guestroom or suite issues including reporting of any maintenance needsPromptly handles guest complaints or requests and refers to supervisor if unable to handleEnsures that all rooms or suites are secured upon leaving the guest room or suiteCreates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectationsGives personal attention, takes personal responsibility, and uses teamwork when providing guest serviceListens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution, and follows through when resolving guest problemsProvides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basisAssumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest SatisfactionPerforms other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitalityPerforms other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guest

Requirement/Skills
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one -year hospitality experience in housekeeping
Follows instructions and communicates effectively
Works well independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Commitment to exceptional guest service
Can clean multiple room types and meet the daily cleaning quota
Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Adheres to the policies and procedures of the hotel
Physical Demands
Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to pull, push up to 100 pounds.
Must be able to squat, bend, kneel and twist.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds

The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
