Job Summary

As Associate Director of Product Marketing, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and execution across a portfolio of Enterprise Informatics products, driving cross-functional alignment and high-impact launches. You will own positioning and messaging, translating customer and market insights into compelling narratives that accelerate adoption and growth.

Operating as a strategic partner to product, sales, and marketing leadership, you will influence product direction, shape market presence, and build scalable GTM frameworks. You will also lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring strong execution and measurable business impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launch Leadership

  • Define and lead the global GTM vision, strategy, and execution across key product lines and solution portfolios
  • Orchestrate complex, cross-functional launches, aligning product, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders
  • Establish scalable GTM frameworks, processes, and best practices to drive consistency and operational excellence
  • Own executive-level readiness and accountability for successful launches and revenue impact

Strategic Messaging & Market Positioning

  • Set the overarching messaging and positioning strategy across the portfolio, ensuring differentiation and market leadership
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with target segments and buying personas
  • Partner closely with Product and executive leadership to shape category positioning and long-term brand narrative
  • Ensure consistency and quality of messaging across all customer touchpoints and regions

 

Customer, Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Lead the development of a robust market intelligence function to inform strategic decisions, roadmap prioritization, and GTM direction

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in Radiology Enterprise Informatics, SaaS, health tech, or similarly regulated industries
  • Proven track record of launching products and driving market impact
  • Proven track record in developing product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement materials
  • A strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable getting tactical
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills—able to juggle multiple initiatives without losing focus
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar analytics & CRM platforms
  • Microsoft Office experience required
