Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic radiology and CT scans with precision and safety.

  • Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and relay critical findings.

  • Adhere to ALARA principles and radiation safety standards at all times.

  • Ensure patient safety, prepare rooms, and manage contrast administration.

  • Document procedures, annotate images, and ensure accurate patient records.

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly imaging targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning.

  • Assist in department workflows to optimize throughput and reduce patient wait times.

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment and promptly report malfunctions.

  • Demonstrate continuous professional development and pursue certifications.

  • Maintain high visibility of work activity through accurate scheduling and reporting.

  • Provide excellent patient experience by communicating clearly and compassionately.

  • Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and support colleagues’ development.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Licensed radiologic technologist with ARRT or regional equivalent certification.

  • Proficiency in performing diagnostic radiography and CT scans with adherence to ALARA principles.

  • Experience interpreting images with radiologist collaboration and timely communication of critical findings.

  • Strong patient safety focus and ability to prepare rooms and manage contrast administration.

  • Accurate documentation, image annotation, and maintenance of patient records.

  • Ability to meet or exceed imaging targets and participate in pipeline-based planning.

  • Workflow optimization skills to improve throughput and reduce patient wait times.

  • Equipment operation, routine maintenance, and prompt reporting of malfunctions.
