Radiologic Technologist Job Description:

As a Radiologic Technologist at Children's Wisconsin, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on minimizing discomfort and anxiety for pediatric patients and their families. You will also operate and maintain state-of-the-art radiology equipment.

Radiologic Technologist Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide the best care for patients.

Radiological Technologist Qualifications:

  • Completion of an approved curriculum in Radiologic Technology.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
  • Current Wisconsin state license as a Registered Radiographer.
  • Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

The Urgent Care Clinic is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with the primary care component continuing to operate during business hours Monday through Friday.

*Saturday and Sunday 9am - 9pm

*Additional Weekend program premium

*No call with these positions

*Holiday rotation, hours 11am - 5pm. (Typically one per year)
