Job description

45% - Create digital content for KPR's 75th anniversary celebration.
20% - Assist with social media, newsletters, and promotion of station programs and events.
10% - Research, collect, and organize historical photos, recordings, and documents.
10% - Support membership and donor communications, including mailings and membership drives.
5% - Help with event promotion, tabling, and community outreach.
5% - Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, occasional help at the reception desk and meeting notes.
5% - Other duties as assigned.,Kansas Public Radio (KPR) seeks a motivated student intern to support the station's 75th Anniversary Project. The intern will help research and organize archival materials, develop digital and visual content, and assist with sharing KPR's history through social media, newsletters, events, and other outreach efforts.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to work a consistent schedule, and be familiar with KPR programming.
KPR has been selected to receive a $3,000 KAB-funded College Internship Award to help fund this internship. The chosen candidate will be required to complete a post-internship survey and submit a brief written reflection about their experience.
