Job description

Affiliate Sales Manager

Salary + Uncapped Commission

Radio Workflow is seeking an experienced radio industry sales professional to lead affiliate sales for one of the fastest-growing technology companies serving broadcasters worldwide.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We’re looking for someone who already understands the radio business, knows how stations operate, and has existing relationships within the industry. If you’ve sold network programming, syndication, digital products, software, research, or broadcast services, we want to hear from you.

You’ll work directly with radio owners, corporate executives, general managers, sales managers, and programmers, introducing them to technology that helps their stations operate more efficiently and grow revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new affiliate partnerships across the globe.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Build long-term relationships with broadcast decision-makers.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Radio industry experience is required.
  • Proven success selling to radio stations, broadcast groups, or similar industries.
  • Existing relationships within the broadcast industry are strongly preferred.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Uncapped commission with significant earning potential.
  • Opportunity to represent an industry-leading technology platform.
  • Professional development and advancement opportunities.
  • Flexible, collaborative work environment.
  • Expected first-year earnings are $100,000+, with approximately 50% guaranteed as base salary and the remainder earned through uncapped commissions and new business bonuses.

Who Will Excel Here?

This role is ideal for someone who has built a career in radio and wants to continue making an impact in the industry. If you’ve worked in broadcast sales, network affiliate sales, media technology, or another radio-related role and are ready for your next challenge, we’d love to talk with you.

We’re looking for someone who is hungry, relationship-driven, and passionate about helping broadcasters succeed. If that sounds like you, let’s start the conversation.
