This role provides steady, predictable hours across the year while offering flexibility, work-life balance, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a specialized Radiation Oncology setting.POSITION HIGHLIGHT - ROLE: Radiation Oncologist (Board Certified) - LOCATION: San Juan, Puerto Rico - SCHEDULE: 10 hours/ week on-call rotation - SETTING: On-site Radiation Oncology departmentKEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide as-needed clinical coverage to maintain uninterrupted Radiation Oncology services. - Conduct new patient evaluations, consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care.

- Review and prescribe treatment plans, ensuring accuracy and patient safety throughout therapy. - Participate in the scheduled on-call rotation for urgent clinical needs. - Maintain strict adherence to quality assurance and safety standards for radiotherapy delivery.
