• Deliver individualized care by assessing patients' physical conditions, documenting treatment progress, and utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure adequate time is dedicated to each patient's unique goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Expertly perform orthopedic assessments and develop comprehensive care plans that integrate various physical therapy modalities tailored to each patient's specific requirements.
• Implement and teach evidence-based treatment interventions focused on improving strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall function.
• Guide and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to foster a sense of empowerment and encourage adherence to prescribed exercise and wellness programs.
• Promote non-surgical alternatives to pain management, emphasizing functional rehabilitation while limiting reliance on medications.
• Conduct regular evaluations and adjust therapy strategies based on patient progress and feedback to continually challenge and support their recovery.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records as part of our compliance with healthcare regulations and to support high-quality patient care.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.

• Exceptional ability to develop and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 – 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
