What You'll Do * Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments * Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results * Ensure compliance with contract and security standards * Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance * Execute laboratory and field measurement/testing of foreign EO/IR and RF missile systems/materials using specialized instruments, automated data acquisition, calibration, and test setups. What You Bring * Active minimum TS clearence * Experience supporting government or DoD programs * Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experience with RF/EO-IR testing; instrumentation; calibration; laboratory T&E; data acquisition; test documentation * Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's related to the labor category Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs * Agile, cloud, or modernization experience * Background in process improvement or analytical services * Strong knowledge of Radar cross section; foreign materiel exploitation; field testing; automated instrumentation Compensation & Benefits At Weeghman & Briggs, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
