As an Associate on the Revenue Operations team, you'll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and go-to-market execution. You'll work closely with our customers & leadership across the organization - partnering directly with the commercial team, finance, and product - to drive insights that power our next stage of growth. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Drive Partner Strategy & Value Storytelling
  • Collaborate with healthcare executives and internal stakeholders to quantify and communicate the value of Rad AI's products.
  • Build data-driven ROI models, case studies, and strategic presentations that support enterprise sales and customer retention.

Elevate Commercial Strategy & Analytics
  • Define and track KPI's across the full revenue funnel - including marketing, sales, customer success, and support.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models, market segmentation, territory design, commission plans, and other core GTM infrastructure.
  • Own and support monthly CARR and ARR reporting.
  • Deliver cross-functional insights that influence decision-making across leadership, finance, and product teams.

Enhance GTM Data & Technology Infrastructure
  • Manage and continuously improve data workflows, documentation, and data quality on our CRM and analytics stack.
  • Ensure the entire revenue organization is equipped with accurate, actionable data to inform strategy and execution.

Who We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields.
  • Experience leveraging AI to enhance Go-to-Market operations and workflows
  • A deep passion for our mission and a desire to help healthcare providers and patients through innovative technology.
  • Strong analytical skills - you're a data storyteller who can distill complex findings into clear, impactful insights.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS; healthcare exposure is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Comfortable working cross functionally in a high growth, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field.

Nice to Haves:
  • Experience working with product usage data (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) to support customer expansion or retention.
  • Experience working in a startup environment with an ambiguous or evolving environment.
