Job description

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a vital role supporting patient care in a busy cardiac cath lab environment. This contract position calls for a skilled Imaging professional with proven Cath Lab Tech experience to provide expertise in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Schedule:

  • Days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  • Option for four 10-hour shifts: 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
  • Guaranteed 40 hours weekly
  • On-call and holiday coverage required

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Tech
  • Current Rad Tech State Licensure
  • ARRT Certification
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • EKG test completion required upon submission

Preferred Experience:

  • Comfort working with both inpatient and outpatient populations, including emergent cases
  • Ability to function effectively in a two-bed unit with 1:1 patient ratios
  • Familiarity with EMR systems; orientation includes training on EPIC Cupid

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians during complex cardiac procedures in the cath lab
  • Ensure safe operation and maintenance of imaging equipment
  • Monitor and document case details and patient vitals accurately in EMR
  • Participate in on-call rotation, including some weekend and holiday shifts
  • Float to supporting locations as needed
  • Adhere strictly to all safety, infection control, and dress code guidelines (blue scrubs provided)

You’ll join a collaborative group, providing high-quality care to both scheduled and emergent patients. Orientation and EPIC training modules will be completed ahead of your first shift to ensure a smooth transition.
