Job description

Job Description
As a Rad Tech at CentraCare, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray & CT equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Key responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety, operating equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images, and maintaining accurate patient records. You'll work with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals you can trust to provide the best care possible for our patients. We welcome new grads and experienced technologists to apply!
Schedule:
  • Casual | 0-16 hours every two weeks
  • Monday - Friday | Various shifts
  • Rotating Weekends with call approx. every 5th
  • 1 Holiday/call coverage per year

Pay and Benefits:
  • Starting pay begins at $35.85/hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
    • Pay range: $35.85-53.77/hour
  • Casual benefits available: casual PTO plan, wellness reward points, 401(k), employee assistance plan, and employee discount

Qualifications:
  • Successfully completed a formal radiography program from an accredited school.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Must maintain ARRT(R) registration or be eligible for next certification exam
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Must maintain current BLS
