The club will feature state-of-the-art racquet facilities, a member clubhouse, a bespoke restaurant concept, resort-style pool, fitness pavilion, recovery center, and event lawn, all set within an elevated, resort-style environment.
The RoleCourt Club is seeking an experienced General Manager to serve as the face and leader of the club; overseeing all operations, financial performance, and member experience. This individual will set the tone for excellence in hospitality, manage the P&L, build and lead a best-in-class team, and ensure every aspect of the club reflects its vision of elevated, community-driven living.
Key ResponsibilitiesTarget annual compensation: $175,000-$250,000, including base salary and performance-based bonus.
