About Synergy Labor Solutions

Sourced by ZipRecruiter

Synergy Labor Solutions began out of the desire to contribute to the staffing industry. Although we are entering a large market with other staffing companies, we realize the need for a personnel staffing agency that fills a void left by other temporary and permanent placement agencies. Our company matches specifically skilled workers with clients, saving time and money. This requires a high level of communication. It means asking open-ended questions and listening, not talking. This means knowing the regional market so our company can really serve each client and employee, not just "sell" them our service. OUR OBJECTIVE is to provide high quality, experienced, professional workers to clients that are currently relying on the instability of word-of-mouth contacts, and are spending much of their own time and resources (and, therefore money) locating such workers; To provide workers with a path by which to reach the employer without spending their own time, money, and energy finding the work; To use the opportunity to make the contingent workforce a better place for both the employer and the employee.
