Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Receiving
    1. Compares identifying information and counts, weights, or measures items of inbound shipments. Verifying against packing list, bills of lading, orders, or other supplied documents.
    2. Enters items into the operating system (SAP) against the PO number.
    3. Files are receiving documents by date for easy accessibility. 
    4. Routes items to departments as required.
    5. Uses hand jack and forklift to move items and stock racks.
    6. Work with the quality assurance department to rectify damaged / non-compliant items.

    1. Identify occurring inventory transaction issues.
    1.  Makes necessary inventory adjustments as required.
  1. Administrative

    

    1. Strives for continuous improvement and is expected to share ideas for product and process improvement.
    2. Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
    3. Attend department meetings.
    4. Correct any discrepancies, overages / under.

  • Able to perform work responsibilities safely.  Able to follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Understand of basic elements of our Operating system (SAP)
