SHIPPING amp; RECEIVING /WAREHOUSE
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping amp; Receiving Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the flow of products in and out of our warehouse, including verifying shipments, preparing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This is a hands-on position that plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.

MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive incoming shipments and inspect for accuracy and damage
  • Unload and load trucks using a pallet jack or forklift
  • Prepare and package outgoing orders in accordance with company standards
  • Label and document all shipments properly
  • Communicate discrepancies or issues to supervisors immediately
  • Assist in merchandise transfers between warehouse and production sites. This includes moving pallets and submitting transfers electronically for each item.
  • Sort and stack lose or boxed materials on racks, shelves, or pallets
  • Provide leadership with up-to-date information that could prevent future losses
  • Performs other warehouse duties as needed under the supervision of the department manager
  • Operate forklift amp; pallet jack “experience a must “
  • As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified)
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
