Responsibilities

  • Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from vehicles and containers, including managing shipping documents and records
  • Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound materials, verifying part numbers, quantities, and product condition
  • Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts at the data center
  • Process return shipments of electronic components using warehouse management systems
  • Assist with the placement and alignment of server racks on the data center floor using laser measuring tools
  • Populate server racks with electronic components and install cabling by following diagrams and schematics
  • Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools
  • Operate material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks, rack movers, and straddle stackers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and 5S standards
  • Push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the workday


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory, logistics, production, or similar hands-on work environment
  • Must pass a national background check(no felonies ever, no misdemeanors within the past 7 years)
  • Must pass a pre-employment, federally compliant drug screening
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technical skills
  • Strong computer skills or technical aptitude including data entry and inventory tracking
  • Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and basic technical diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with inventory management software, SAP, RF scanners, and/or WMS systems.
  • Hands-on experience assembling electronics or computer hardware is a plus; CompTIA A+ or similar certifications welcomed but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for the duration of the shift
  • Reliable transportation to the worksite

Pay

$19.50 - $23.50 per hour

Automatic $1.00 pay raise after permanent hire

Various shifts available!

  • A Shift – Weekday Day Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM–6:00 PM | $19.50/hr
  • B Shift – Weekend Day Shift: Friday–Monday | 5:30 AM–6:00 PM | $22.00/hr
  • C Shift – Weekday Night Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:30 PM–6:00 AM | $22.00/hr
  • D Shift – Weekend Night Shift: Friday–Monday | 5:30 PM–6:00 AM | $22.00/hr

*Must be willing & available to work overtime as needed.
