Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Server Installation/Maintenance: Rack, stack, and cable servers, switches, and storage devices.
Network troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix server hardware, network connectivity and
infrastructure issues.
Hardware troubleshooting: Data Center, Network/Server troubleshooting and hardware break-fix
experience
Good experience in different model servers hardware troubleshooting. ( CPU, DIMM, Mother
board issue).
Troubleshoot problems with server hardware and switches
Install new or Deinstall server hardware in racks(Network cards, HBA cards and other)
Communicate and collaborate with network and systems teams.
Asset Management: Document configurations, update inventory records, and handle.
Network support: DHCP related issues and onboarding new host network tools.
Remote support:
Idrac configuration and Network configuration for new servers.
Esxi installation and upgrade.
Firmware and Bios upgrade for different model servers(Dell, HP, Lenovo and Cisco).
Network card firmware upgrade.
Support: Respond to service tickets and provide information related to issue.
Salary Range: $64,000-$110,000 a year
