Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the City of Calgary.
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling communications.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry to ensure smooth office workflows.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring resources are available as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
