About the Role:
As a CBRE Driver, you will provide transportation as requested by the business. This includes picking up and delivering materials or individuals to a specified location.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide world-class transportation and customer service to office personnel, visitors, and clients.
  • Keep travel logs and service records as required.
  • Maintain a clean vehicle and make minor repairs as needed. May perform miscellaneous errands.
  • Train and mentor new and current peers on duties and procedures.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Valid driver's license required.
  • Fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role. This includes stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders. Must be able to lift or carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

The minimum salary for the Workplace Driver position is $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Driver position is $55,120 annually.
