Build More Than a Restaurant. Help Build a Community.

Neighborly isn't just another restaurant.

We're building the gathering place every neighborhood deserves.

Every day, we bring together chef-driven, scratch-made food, genuine hospitality, and an environment where guests feel like they belong. Behind every memorable guest experience is an exceptional Hospitality Manager—and that's where you come in.

We're looking for a Hospitality Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves developing people, and is passionate about creating experiences that keep guests coming back.

As a growing startup, things move quickly. Processes evolve. New ideas are encouraged. Success comes from leaders who take initiative, solve problems before they're asked, and aren't afraid of a little ambiguity.

If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact—not just manage a dining room—you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

You'll partner closely with the General Manager to lead the front-of-house operation, ensuring every guest experiences the warm, welcoming hospitality Neighborly is known for.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading all front-of-house operations

  • Coaching, developing, and inspiring hospitality team members

  • Creating an exceptional guest experience during every shift

  • Driving sales while managing labor and operating costs

  • Leading daily pre-shift meetings and team communication

  • Resolving guest concerns with empathy and professionalism

  • Monitoring speed of service and operational execution

  • Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing future leaders

  • Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and brand standards

  • Building systems and continuously improving operational processes

Most importantly, you'll create a culture where both guests and team members feel seen, valued, and excited to come back.

Hospitality Is Our Difference

At Neighborly, hospitality is more than great service—it's how we make people feel.

We believe every guest interaction is an opportunity to create connection, build loyalty, and make someone's day a little better. We don't just serve meals—we create experiences that bring people together.

As Hospitality Manager, you'll set that standard every day through your leadership, coaching, and presence on the floor.

Who You Are

You're someone who naturally takes ownership.

You don't wait to be told what needs attention—you see opportunities and act.

You love coaching people, building relationships, solving problems, and creating a positive, high-energy environment.

You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments because you enjoy building better systems rather than simply maintaining existing ones.

You likely have:

  • Restaurant leadership experience

  • High-volume restaurant experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine passion for hospitality

  • A sense of urgency without sacrificing the guest experience

  • A collaborative leadership style

  • Experience coaching and developing teams

We're Looking for Leaders at Different Stages of Their Career

Whether you're ready for your first Hospitality Manager opportunity or you're an experienced operator looking for a company with room to grow, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation is based on experience, leadership capability, and the value you'll bring to our team.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience

  • High-volume restaurant experience preferred

  • Strong guest service and team leadership experience

  • Restaurant365 (R365) experience is a plus

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to bend, reach, carry, and perform repetitive motions

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Why Neighborly?

We're building more than restaurants—we're building careers.

As a growing company, there are opportunities to grow alongside us. We believe great leaders are developed through coaching, ownership, and real responsibility.

If you're excited about developing people, creating unforgettable guest experiences, building systems, and helping shape a company that's just getting started, we'd love to meet you.

Come help us build the gathering place every neighborhood deserves.
