As aCustomer Service, Patient Access Representative II,you willbe thefirst point of contact for patients, ensuring they receivefast, compassionate, andaccurateaccess to care.

WhatYou'llDo:
Provideexceptional customer serviceand assist patients and families with the check-in process, workingacrossmultiple computer systemsto register patients efficiently
Answer phones and gatheraccuratepatient informationquicklyin afast-paced environment
Supporttimelyaccess to careby minimizing delays in registrationand answeringquestions with confidence, clarity, and compassion
Build trustwith patients during moments when they may be ill, anxious, confused, or overwhelmed
Navigate diverseinsurance plans and coverage details, enter demographics and medical data, collectco-pays, and provide cost estimates when applicable
Collaboratewith nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow

Experience withpatient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front deskis a plus (but not required)
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements
